Even with our challenging market conditions in 2009, Jen was able to earn the prestigious Centurion Award for top performance in Century 21 and also earned the Top Sales Person within our office. Community Appreciation Event - Moonlight Ski at Wasaga Nordic
A Big Thank you!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for joining us on February 6th for Jen and Mike Scholte’s annual nighttime cross country ski at Wasaga (Blueberry) trails. This year was very exciting for us as we had over 200 people join us for a ski. We love meeting new people and also visiting with our friends and clients who in the winter we don’t see as often. As you know, cross country skiing is one of our families favorite winter activities and we contribute to the sport through coaching children both competitively and recreationally. Our family also competes in nordic races throughout Ontario and Canada. We are always thrilled to see our community come out year after year to try out this wonderful sport and to hear comments like “These trails are beautiful,” or “What great exercise and lots of fresh air.” We are so fortunate to live in such an amazing community with natural amenities like the Blueberry Trails right in our own backyards. We wish to thank you for joining us and also thank Wasaga Beach Provincial Park staff for helping to make this a successful event.

Taking care of our Community
Every year we participate in the "Clean the Beach Day." It is a great way to demonstrate stewartship to our comminity, our enviroment, and contributes to making this town a great place to live and play. We thank all of our volunteers who join us and look forward to this fun and social day! See you on the beach in 2010!

Scholte Paintball Adventure
Who would have thought...
Who would have dreamed that we could bring so many people together for some paintball fun! It was a wonderful day where we enjoyed Pizza, Paint and good camaraderie. A special thanks to the great people at Wasaga Paintball for making our experience awesome. This is an event that we hope will continue... come out and take some shots (literally) of your favorite realtors :-)

Tour For Kids
Fundraising for kids is #1 in our books!
The tour for kids is an epic road bike ride in support of children with cancer. The goal of the event is to raise funds to send these kids to summer camp while they are receiving treatment. Mike and Jen feel very strongly that kids deserve to be kids no matter what they are going through! Thank you for sponsoring Jen in her fundraising endevours... we are proud to sponsor several kids each year so they can go to "sleep over" summer camp.
Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup
Century 21 Millennium organized the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup for Wasaga Beach. Jen, Mike & Barb were reponsible for managing the cleanup of Beach Area Six. A special thank you to all of the volunteers who dedicated their morning to help with this great endeavor!
Facts: On all six beaches we collected over 5000 cigarette filters, 1970 bottle lids, over 500 bottles, 55 diapers, and almost 1500 food wrappers to name only a few.
